Tras todo este tiempo, esos viejos cascos (que eran un apa\u00f1o que hice juntando unos cutres bluetooth con unos decentillos de cable) han llegado al final de su vida \u00fatil, as\u00ed que me compr\u00e9 unos nuevos. Y, obviamente, los he adaptado para poder cargarlos igual. Ya aprovech\u00e9 y lo hice param\u00e9trico, de manera que poniendo el ancho de la diadema en la hoja de c\u00e1lculo, autom\u00e1ticamente crea el bloque con el tama\u00f1o adecuado para que los contactos est\u00e9n tres mil\u00edmetros m\u00e1s cerca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a vez hecho el soporte, toc\u00f3 cubrir las leng\u00fcetas con cinta de cobre y conectar el transformador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a fij\u00e9 que pod\u00eda tener problemas de contacto, as\u00ed que a\u00f1ad\u00ed m\u00e1s cinta de cobre de manera que \u00e9sta llegase hasta los bordes de las leng\u00fcetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/PXL_20241103_203850477-scaled.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox-5\"><img loading=\"lazy\" que hacer la conversi\u00f3n de mis cascos. Por motivos obvios, esta vez no quer\u00eda desmontarlos ni manipularlos, as\u00ed que decid\u00ed hacer un sistema \u00abexterno\u00bb, que adem\u00e1s fuese sencillo de transportar a otros cascos en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empecemos por recordar el esquema del sistema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/esquematico.png\" rel=\"lightbox-6\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"599\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/esquematico-1024x599.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1946\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/esquematico-1024x599.png 1024w, https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/esquematico-300x176.png 300w, https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/esquematico-768x450.png 768w, https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/esquematico.png 1758w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es el esquema original: en el soporte tendremos entre 9 y 12 voltios en continua. Dicha tensi\u00f3n pasar\u00e1 por un puente rectificador para que no importe en qu\u00e9 sentido colgamos los cascos. La salida del puente tendr\u00e1, debido a la ca\u00edda de tensi\u00f3n en los diodos, 1,4 voltios menos (o sea, entre 7,6 y 10,6 voltios), pero sigue siendo demasiada para nuestros cascos, as\u00ed que a\u00f1adimos un regulador de tensi\u00f3n conmutado para bajarla a los cinco voltios que necesitamos. Estos cinco voltios ir\u00e1n a un conector USB-C est\u00e1ndar, que se enchufar\u00e1 al conector de carga de mis cascos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo primero que hice fue soldar el puente de diodos al regulador:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/rectificador-estabilizador.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox-7\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"829\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/rectificador-estabilizador-1024x829.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/rectificador-estabilizador-1024x829.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/rectificador-estabilizador-300x243.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/rectificador-estabilizador-768x622.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/rectificador-estabilizador-1536x1243.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/blog.rastersoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/rectificador-estabilizador-2048x1658.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez hecho esto, cort\u00e9 un cable USB-A a USB-C, qued\u00e1ndome con la parte del conector USB-C, y lo conect\u00e9 a la salida del regulador. Esta era la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s simple, pues, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usb.org\/sites\/default\/files\/USB%20Type-C%20Spec%20R2.0%20-%20August%202019.pdf\">tal y como indica el est\u00e1ndar<\/a> en la p\u00e1gina 77, para que un conector USB-C pueda cargar algo, es imperativo que tenga, como m\u00ednimo, una resistencia de 56Kohm entre el pin A5 (CC) y alimentaci\u00f3n, de manera que el dispositivo (en este caso nuestros cascos) sepa que puede alimentarse de \u00e9l. Los cables USB-A a USB-C ya traen esta resistencia, por lo que eso que nos ahorramos. Lo primero fue pegar la cinta de cobre en la diadema, de manera que queden dos contactos para la carga.
